The problem
Dispatchers often phone drivers to find out where a vehicle is, and learn a trip is late only when the customer complains. Proof of delivery lives in photos sent over chat, hard to match up when there is a dispute.
The solution
This design puts every vehicle on one live map, with the trip list and late trips clearly flagged. The trip page shows each stop with its arrival time, and the driver app guides to the next stop and confirms delivery on the spot.
